PERSONAL TRAINING at T. Grant Well:Being incorporates my degree in Sports and Exercise Science, masters in Osteopathy and diploma in Personal Training to provide you with the best all round sessions tailor-made specifically to your requests and requirements.
Training is carried out in the Golders Green based Training Studio with free parking. Alternatively training can be carried out in the comfort of your home or in a nearby park.
