I offer a bespoke confidential service tailoring my osteopathic and personal training skills to the needs of my patient. I combine my studies in Sports and Exercise Science at Birmingham University, Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy, and added complimentary skills such as acupuncture via courses held by the British Medical Acupuncture Society to provide a well rounded treatment.
I am specifically interested in rehabilitation, sports injuries, bio-mechanics, gait analysis and how yoga and pilates can be incorporated into improving your general health.
Please note that it is common practice for patients to be asked to dress down to their underwear during examination and treatment. This enables the osteopath to have a clear view of the patient's posture as well as the area of pain.
If possible please bring shorts or wear appropriate underwear for the treatment.
I work alongside my aunt and cousin. We work in our own treatment rooms located in Golders Green, Mill Hill and Edgware. For more information about Green Tree Osteopathy click

My grandfather, William Grunbaum*, treating a child, Feb 1949, British School of Osteopathy.

*Grunbaum translates as Green Tree in German.

Osteopathy is a complementary medicine. Through manual treatment osteopathy can help relieve many symptoms causing pain. A common misconception is that osteopaths only treat lower back pain. Although this is something we are known to specialise in, we additionally treat:

  • Headaches

  • Shoulder (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury)
  • Hip (arthritis, bursitis)

  • Neck (whiplash)

  • Elbow (tennis/golf elbow injury)
  • Knee (tendonitis, osgood schlatter)
  • Upper back (rib subluxation)
  • Wrist (repetitive strain injury)
  • Ankle (sprain)

  • Lower back (disc and facet pain)
  • Hand (carpal tunnel syndrome)
  • Foot (plantar fasciitis)

  • Pelvis (post pregnancy)
  • Arthritic pain

  • Sports injuries (sprains, strains, pulls)

Each osteopath brings their own unique style and approach. At Green Tree Osteopathy a holistic approach is carried out, believing the body has the ability to heal itself. As an osteopath, my treatment is focused at putting your body in a position which will help achieve full recovery in the shortest period of time.

Methods used to achieve these results include:

  • Massage
  • Manipulations
  • Therapeutic taping
  • Sports / deep tissue massage
